Our men are the heart and soul of Gallagher Masonry. Most of our employee's have worked
here for a number of years, each one helping to build a quality company. Needless to say, protecting
them is crucial. Every Friday each crew has the same safety meeting. The meeting covers a variety of
subjects, from the importance of wearing hard hats, to fall protection, to working with hazardous chem-
icals and so on. In fact there are over 30 subjects that are covered. Also our field supervisor, Cory
Kuntz, has been thru several safety programs including a 30 hour OSHA class. Our foreman's have also
been thru 10 hour OSHA classes. They carry this valuable knowledge with them to the field to teach
others the importance of being safety conscious.
In addition to educating our employees in working safe, we firmly believe that having a drug free
company is vital, since this adds to the safety of the workplace. Each one of our employee's is required
to have a drug free card which is obtained by passing annual drug tests. Too, random drug tests are
administered throughout the year to ensure that everyone is definitely drug free. Doing all of this creates
not only a safer atmosphere but also increases the quality of the work being done.
